Could not detect RMI registry

I am down to one WARNing in my startup log:

WARN  [remoting.rmi.RmiRegistryFactoryBean] Could not detect RMI registry - creating new one
‍‍‍

Should I be concerned?  After all it is a "warning".  How can I remedy the warning?
