CIFS configuration (AVM - Alfresco)

I have a question:

I try to convince management to use Alfresco for DMS, because right now we don't have one…

So I have a fileserver which I want to convert to Alfresco. To do a seamless migration from fileserver to Alfresco it is important, that links and network drive mappings in windows stay the same.
But in the CIFS-view in Explorer there are two folders: Alfresco and AVM

Is there a possibility that when I navigate to \\<servername> that I view the content of the Alfresco folder?

another Possibility is, that I show the content if another server is defined with \\<servername>_content or something like that…

Hi a CIFS share always needs a server name //servername and a share name //servername/sharename. So this isn't possible. However, you could map a drive to the share at login?

Thanks,

Kevin
