Could not create 'folder name'. Duplicate folder name?

I have recently moved Alfresco Community 4.0.d from Linux Server A to Linux Server B. It works completely fine on Linux Server A. What I have done is, I zipped the whole folder in Linux Server A. After that I install a brand new Alfresco in Linux Server B then I extracted the zipped version of Alfresco in Linux Server A to replace all the folders in Linux Server B.

Then I logged into Linux Server B and tried to create new folder. What I expected is a new folder will be create. However, no matter what folder name I input, it still comes up the message says "Could not create 'folder name'. Duplicated folder name?" and I can't upload any files either.

Just want to know how should I fix this problem.

You need to take backup of database and alf_store as well if you want to migrate everything.

Or if you just want to have new setup better install fresh setup.
Any other errors in the log?

I'll try to do a proper backup and restore first and see what happen.
There is no errors in the log.
