Cost structure for Alfresco license

Hello all,

Can anybody provide cost structure for Alfresco License for Enterprise Edition.

One of our client has need to implement document management system and requires lower cost compared to MOSS,Documentum etc……..

If Alfresco team provides the cost structure then we can convince the client.

How the license provided (User based or CPU based or both) ?
