Copy and Paste Image

Hi,
I'm a newbie on Alfresco and I was searching on the forums but I didn't find what I'm looking for.
The thing is that when I create content (let's say an html content), I can't take an screenshot of something and paste into the rich editor. Well, sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work. The stetps that I follow  are:
- Create content.
- Take a screenshot wit the Prt Scr button on the keyboard.
- Perform a Ctrl + 'V'  in order to paste the image inside the rich text editor.

If someone please can help me!!

I work in this
after print screen I save the image and upload
or if I want to add it in the content, I edit the content from my PC once I finish editing, I upload it
