Though there is no clear replacement for the deprecated Alfresco Workdesk product, the features have been gradually entering other Alfresco products.
- Smart Folders are now part of the Platform and available in Share,
- Records Management has improved at providing controls based on the user profile,
- The interface for Alfresco Mobile can be changed based on the user profile,
- One goal of the Application Development Framework‌ is to make it easy to build custom task-centric or case-centric applications.
Though we recognize that this is not a complete replacement for Workdesk, it shows where we are headed.
As Bhagya Silva‌ pointed out, there are a few Contract Management solutions provided as add-ons to Alfresco.
