Context initialization failed

I have taken the source code from svn and build the alfresco war file.

But after running tomcat server I am getting following error:

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'serverConnector' defined in class path resource [alfresco/core-services-context.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is java.io.IOException: Cannot bind to URL [rmi://localhost:50500/alfresco/jmxrmi]: javax.naming.NameAlreadyBoundException: alfresco/jmxrmi [Root exception is java.rmi.AlreadyBoundException: alfresco/jmxrmi]

Environment:
Fedora 2,
Tomcat-5.5.23
JDK-1.5.09
MySQL-4.1.21
Ant-1.7.x

My Steps:

checkout code from here: svn co svn://svn.alfresco.com/alfresco/HEAD
$ cd root
$ ant build-tomcat

Created one alfresco database and granted all to alfresco user.

Started tomcat
$./catalina.sh run&

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It looks another Tomcat instance is running in the background.

Hi Folks,

My alfresco is not working and am getting this error "Context initialization failed" when i have started my tomcat.
Can anyone help me on this.

It is very urgent for me…!!!
