Content Model Update Problem

I encountered some problem updating the custom content model.
System says the upgrade is not incremental. Now my solution is to delete the old one and recreate my content model.
But when I try to delete the old one, system tell me there are contents which are instance of something in my content model, so I deleted those contents after. Then I received information that some content in archive://SpacesStore have the type defined in the old content model.
How can I clear the archive? I searched alfresco document for answer but I didn't find it.
Please help.

If you have few files to be cleared then you may navigate to User Profile >> Manage Deleted Items [In Alfresco Explorer] and you can clear the list from here.

If your repo size is large and need to clear everything then you may have to write some code for that and hope so this blog may help you.
