Container invisible after remove group permissions

Hi,
I have removed one group permission to a folder / container and added the Administrator Group instead. But the folder is not listed anymore, even as admin. If I look into the db, i can find the s
Node in alf_node_permissions but I don't know how to restore the group permission correctly

Did not get your problem could you please explain it step by step?
And whatever may be the case folder should be visible to admin.
