You mean all those documents and folders into one instance
What about the meta data, Do you have custom types and custom Aspects to be taken care of
Give more of your objective, then we get an idea

lets assume i have no custom types. any idea?

I guess ACP (export and import ) will work.
Anyway, we'll wait for alfresco experts comments.

In one server Enable CIFS, copy all the dir and files  to one of the windows client
then later copy it back to the second server, I know this is fast and dirty way,but it works
(You will lose the version and the previous copies), you will be getting only the latest copy of file

I also refer the ACP(export import) but it will just allow you to transfer the contents.
For that you need to keep following points in mind
1) Both instance are of same alfresco version
2) There is no rules on any of space which is depend on the any custom javascript.
3) No custom content types.
