This concept of composite content was on the 2010 roadmap - http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/2010_Roadmap#Composite_Content - was it ever implemented? I can't find any documentation that indicates that something like this is currently possible. If it's not available, what is the general consensus for how to implement something like this under the current content modelling abilities (I saw one post suggesting storing composite properties as JSON)?
It's not there yet. People have implemented this on their own by using multiple multi-value properties and then creating their own custom form controls that know how to read/update values in the lists.
As always, thanks for your input. Is there a Jira ticket in which we can vote to have the Composite Component enhancement's priority raised? Need a beta-tester? 🙂
