Community alfresco 4.2d / 4.2e AMP apply

Hello,

Note: I am using fresh instance - no customization

Anybody successfully applied amp in community version 4.2d / 4.2e ?
Whenever I try to install amp which is out of box is not applied and I am getting below stacktrace :

No modules are installed in this WAR file
No modules are installed in this WAR file
No modules were found in this WAR file ‍‍‍

How do I enable stack trace to see detailed problem?

Is this a custom amp file that you made yourself?
