Is there some Alfresco WCM module or plugin that implements the feature of enabling comments in some web pages?

You could always create webforms with "comment" fields.  These fields would not necessarily be used in your presentation (FTL/XSL) level but could be included as HTML comments.

No, i am not talking about html comments, but user's comments about my web content, like posts in a blog.
