Hope someone can help and guide me in achieving my aim.
I would like to collect some confidential papers in a Submission folder from various stakeholders. Uploads by one user should not be visible to another user (i.e. no download option and view in browser option should be disabled). I tried creating a rule upon item creation or entry to restrict this but it didn't work out.
Please if someone could point me in the right direction. I am a newbie at this so would greatly appreciate any help.
