Cloud Sync Problem

Hi Guys,

I'm new to Alfresco, just got our system this week (yeah) and I'm having issues with the cloud sync (boo).  Here's the gig…we just installed Alfresco (Alfresco consulting completed the installation), yet we had to setup the Cloud sync ourselves.  We have an Enterprise license type (v4.2).  According to our License page (Admin Console -> General -> License) Cloud Sync is enabled. 

Initially, we didn't see any sync capabilities in our on premise installation of Alfresco.  We then changed some of the alfresco-global.properties - parameters are below - restarted the system and then we saw Cloud Sync capabilities in the Shared Files area (Synced Content, Synced with Errors):

sync.pullJob.enabled=true
sync.pushJob.enabled=true
sync-mode=ON_PREMISE
sync.mode=ON_PREMISE
sync.cloud.url=https://a.alfresco.me/alfresco/a/{network}/

I've seen documentation regarding sync-mode and sync.mode…needless to say, we just tossed in both, the sync.mode I believe was the correct parameter.

I attempted a sync on a shared file and now I see the file has a sync pending, but that's it.  It's been pending for about 24 hours now, and I'm not sure what's missing. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Please let me know where I've gone astray.

Please call alfresco support.   

Config looks O.K.  

But did you actually get set up with sync.mode=OFF

Have you also got audit turned off?

What sort of network do you have on cloud?

Are here any error messages on your "pending" node?

Did you set up a cloud account and select a destination folder on the cloud network?
