CIFS/Office 2010 - File locked after creation with 4.2.c

I have encountered this exact same issue as specified in the above link….how can this be resolved in 4.2.c?…Is there any thing in particular that can be modified in the current community stable version to resolve this issue?

I understand that this has been resolved for 4.2.d as per the above link but it doesn't specify as to which revision of 4.2.d community has this fix!

Unfortunately there are several fixes required, so its not easy to point you to particular files or even change sets.   The code is and has been on HEAD for some time.

I'm trying to find the diff between 4.2.d HEAD and 4.2.c for a while now and can't find the files which require the fixes in 4.2.c

The reason why I ask for this again is because I'm developing against 4.2.c and I would highly appreciate if in some free time someone would be able to point me to the files so that I investigate the differences and try to patch it.
