Chinese language pack

Could anyone guide where can I get the Chinese language pack?

I see two links but not sure which one to select

Do we need to create an account in Forge project to access the project resources?

That looks very old.  

Alfresco Forge is close to being decommissioned  -  Alfresco Add-ons is the place to look now.

I've also heard mutterings of Simplified Chinese being one of the next officially supported languages.
