Changing invite email template

I am trying to change the invitation email template, specifically to translate it into Indonesian.

I have edited invite-email.ftl , then in  bootstrap-context changed the workflow redeploy statements to true and restarted. I am still getting the old english emails. What else should I do for the system to read the new template?

I would also like to translate email templates sent by Alfresco. Can Alfresco use diferent templates based on default language choosed?
