Change the Guest user space

How do I change the default login space for the Guest user from "My Alfresco" to "Guest Home" or change the Guest Dashboard?  I have created a space in Guest Home with publicly viewable documents, but if someone browses to the site they get the default My Alfresco which shows the demo, tour and online help; and no way of editing the dashboard.

I have logged in as admin and am still unable to change any of these settings.  Thanks for any help, and I'll accept chastising for a dumb question if warranted

I take all I would need to do to disable it would be to either comment out or remove the section once I'm happy with the view?

I don't suppose there is a way of changing the default view to "Guest Home" instead of just "My Home"?  Basically what I'm after is to circumvent the default dashboard, or can I change the dashboard for the guest user somehow?
