Change HTML on Pages

Hello
I hope this is an easy question. I would like to change the title of the comments section in the document details view from "Add Comment" to "Final Reviewer Comments Only". What file contains the html for this section of the documents preview page?  It seems to be embedded in hundreds of files.

Try changing the "addComment" line in the file "createcomment.get.properties", located at:

<alf_home>/tomcat/webapps/share/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/site-webscripts/org/alfresco/components/blog/‍
