Change Form Upload

Hi,

I need your help, i need change aspect form upload files and addv chooser type and upload file.

I use this guide  http://www.iptech-group.com/blog/alfresco-share-tip-content-type-selection-when-uploading-a-document... and this guide http://customizealfresco.blogspot.com/2012/09/add-custom-content-type-in-add-content.html but is for alfresco 3.And i working alfresco 4.2.c and doesn't wok on my alfresco version.

Anyone have any guide for this problem.
