capturesco and alfresco

hi
i want to use scanner with capturesco but the username and password dont accept.
i enter same username and password that enter to alfresco.
and when i want to map a space from alfresco to a drive in my computer have same problem.
what username and password i must enter?
can give me solution?
please help me
