cannot convert TIFF to PDF on alfresco community version 3.2

Hello, my problem is i am using alfresco community version 3.2r2. i set a rule to convert tiff to pdf but it gives me an error which reads "failed to create content due to error:05300002 Transformer for 'image/tiff' source mime type and 'application/pdf' target mime type was not found.
Please help me because it is urgent.

I'm pretty sure Alfresco does not support TIFF to PDF conversion out of the box. You'll need to configure a custom transformer that can convert from TIFF to PDF. You can configure this yourself: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Tiger_OCR_integration.
