Hi all,
I have an issue when i tried to connect to alfresco with the android APP.
I am using a nexus 6p with android 6.0.1
My version of the application is the 1.6.261
I am also using Haproxy with https for my alfresco.
I am using the address https://alfresco/share on the application with my usual credentials.
Each time i am trying to connect with the application i have the following error message :
org.apache.chemistry.opencmis.commons.exceptions.cmisruntimeexception:internal servlet error alfresco
I have checked the solutions provided here (https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/MNT-2838) but my issue is still the same.
Any idea guys?
Thanks

Hi,
You need to connect the app to the Repository (/alfresco) rather than Share (/share)
Thanks,
Mike

Hi MikeH,
Thank you for this update.
I have tried to use https://alfresco.ca/alfresco and i have another error.
Now, when i try to connect with this address, i have the error message : "null" (see my screenshot below)
It's like nothing is returned from the server…
I have tried on my cellphone and my tablet and the result is the same.
Thanks for your help.

I have my own Ubuntu server running Alfresco community 5 and I want to take advantage of Alfresco mobile.
Im using Alfresco at DePaul University, where I teach a class in service learning. I want the students to use Alfresco to store their documents and use it for team collaboration. I do not understand what HOSTNAME is in the settings.
I have a domain purchased, and I set its A record to the IP address of the Ubuntu server.
By adding :8080/share, I can get to the Alfresco login on the server. But I am unable to setup the Alfresco mobile on my iPAD.
Its asking for Hostname. So what exactly is the host name, and if its on the Ubuntu server, how do I set it up.
I talked to GoDaddy, my domain host, and they were unsure what it is.
Thanks for any help!

1/27/2016 4:04 PM - Fixed it with a reverse proxy. Found an article titled Alfresco Mobile: Change external alfresco url behind proxy. Followed the instructions and it worked. This was posted on the web Oct 24, 2012.
