Can we cutomize Alfresco Share?

Hello,

I have some questions:

1- Can we define defauts dashlets to all users, i mean that when a users log in he will see by default the dashlets that i have defined.
2- Can we change the share's logo by another ?

1 - Take a look at presets.xml
2 - Look in the themes folder: default/images
