Can't work out how to use RM

Sorry, but I have searched and searched and there is nothing in plain english that tells me how to get records management up and going.

I went to http://sourceforge.net/projects/alfresco/files/ and downloaded the 3.2r2 Community Edition of records management.

Ran exe file.

Then I've gone into Alfresco - still confused about which to use, is it Share? But there is nothing.

Can someone please help me in the right direction?
