Can't find Alfresco toolbar

Hi,

I am a new user of Alfresco.

The tutorial (http://docs.alfresco.com/4.2/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.alfresco.enterprise.doc%2Fconcepts%2Fcgs-startin...) says when you open your browser to Alfresco for the first time, you are taken to the My Alfresco Dashboard space that has the toolbar at the top and and navigator panel on the left.

However I can't find both once I login to Alfresco (see screen shot attached).

What I see is just a the Dashboard with a row of icons (My Dashboard, Sites, People, Repository, More…) at the top and individual dashlets on the dashboard.

How can I display the toolbar?

Thanks
Cheng-Hong, Low

Hi,

the screenshot you attached is related to alfresco share, and the documentation you refer to is related to alfresco explorer.
Alfresco comes with 2 clients, share and explorer, described here : http://docs.alfresco.com/4.2/topic/com.alfresco.enterprise.doc/concepts/alfresco-arch-about.html
To get the share documentation corresponding to which you pointed out for explorer, check this : http://docs.alfresco.com/4.2/topic/com.alfresco.enterprise.doc/tasks/gs-login.html
