Hoi all,
I can not delete a space, even when i am the admin. This doesn't happen for all spaces. I get the following message:
Please correct the errors below then click OK.
Unable to delete Space due to system error: Node does not exist: workspace://SpacesStore/1c46256a-471f-4afc-9c2c-e736be25cbb7
I also have problems with deleting user. The webclient says that the user doesn't exist, but in the console <manage users>, this user is listed. I can't log into Alfresco with this user.
Does anyone have any idea, what is wrong?
Regards,
Jenny

Jenny,
I've had similar problems. Sometimes I can resolve them and other times I haven't been so lucky so I wanted to see how you were fairing.
Is there anything in catalina.out that would give a clue to why something can't be deleted? Often times for use, things can't be deleted due to integrity errors. Catalina.out has always clued us in as to what aspects/ properties have to be fixed prior to being able to successfully delete a space.
The other major pain for us, have been users somehow managing to delete the parent copy of a piece of content while leaving a working copy floating around. The only way I've been able to resolve this has been by finding the original copy in 'deleted items' restoring it, checking in the doc then deleting the original again.
I am still stuck with a few nodes that I cannot delete. The error message has do with NodeRef being a mandatory property.

Hoi Jarrett,
I managed to delete that space by removing all the content rules one by one. Then I removed all contents in the various sub-spaces. Finally I managed to delete the space by first deleting all subspaces. I don't know other work around for this problem, but this is useful for this moment.
And I haven't succeeded in deleting the user yet

Jenny
