Can't Change Dashlet Name in Customize Dashboard

What are the proper steps to change the name (and description) of a Dashlet already installed? I have tried editing the shortname and refreshing the webscripts in the /share/service/ area but the name remains the same. It also remains the same after a restart of alfresco. If I change the family entry to something else, that seems to be reflected in the customize area (ex. changing it from user-dashlet to something else takes it off the list to add to a page).

The name/description changes are reflected in the /share/services area

Is there another spot I'm missing? I am using version 3.2

Try altering the names in the slingshot.properties file.

I actually just found the location. It is located in the customise-dashlets.get.properties file. If it is defined here, then it will not be changed if the desc.xml file changes.
