Can not synchronization with AD, non-English issue?

Hi, everybody:

    I have configured the ldap-ad subsystem and sounds good.
    But I found these error msg in catalina.out:

14:06:03,549  WARN  [security.sync.ChainingUserRegistrySynchronizer] Updating user 'username'. This user will in future be assumed to originate from user registry 'ldap1'.
14:06:05,706  WARN  [security.sync.ChainingUserRegistrySynchronizer] ldap1 User Creation and Association: Failed to process entry "CN=殚,OU=IT,DC=domain,DC=com".

    And none of users has been imported into alfresco.
    Is reason of Chinese characters?

I have worked out it.
Just switch to Ubuntu Desktop and add Chinese language support, all is OK.
