Can not preview docx file

I'm getting an error when trying to preview a certain docx file. The logs show this

I'm not sure how the file is made. I'm thinking it was either a pdf and converted over to a docx file or something to that effect.

I have no problem with previewing other types of docx files. This particular file throws the exception. I've tried looking at other posts about this issue, but came up with little help on the subject.

This is the basic install for binary except for the part where I raised the max size on the file types. I initially thought it was this since the file was over 2 MB.

That didn't help….I'm at a loss.

I think I might have it solved. I looked at some JIRA issues and from what I gather Alfresco uses size limits on previews. Which can be over written, but I'm thinking that there's a cap? Anyone know?
