Muchas gracias.

Hi good morning, I'm new to the forum although I've been watching it very long time. It turns out that my company recently install alfresco 4.2. Everything works me correctly, synchronization, authentication, mail, etc …
I have a problem when looking for files anywhere with alfresco. If for example I have a file called "manual" (no quotes) and write in the search for "man", "manu", "manuals" or "manual" it does not show me anything. However if I write "Manual *" I find the files. It makes no sense if the seeker seeks etquetas.
Lei the forum that there is a line in the file to change repository.properties indexing. The change to FULL, but continued with the same problem
Thank you very much.

Try searching for "man*". Or if you want to search only the file name, search for "name:man*".

Change your alfresco-global.properties index.recovery.mode back to AUTO. You do not want to set it to FULL unless you need to do a full re-index of your entire repository.
