Bulk user import

I have searched the Forums but can’t fine the exact answer I am looking for. I know that there is a way to import users via a CSV file?
Is there a way to import the users and automatically grant them access to a site or sites, so we don’t have to “invite” them and have them Accept the invite.  I need to populate the system with 100+ users and I don’t want to have to log in for each one and accept it?

You could just create a group with those users and then invite the group. They would be automatically be a part of the site without them having to accept the invitation.
