Hi, I'm looking for a bulk import tool: I have a filesystem populated with documents and I'd like to import them into a structured Alfresco repository. I found this http://code.google.com/p/alfresco-bulk-filesystem-import/ importer, I'd like to know if there are other tools (maybe official?) to do this kind of job.
Moreover, having a look at the above importer implementation, I found it uses the FileFolderService, any chance there is a similar service available via web services?
The Bulk File System Import Tool you referenced is a very popular way to do bulk imports. If that doesn't fit your needs you might take a look at TSG OpenMigrate.
