BUG? web forms and accents

Hi,

if i add article.xsd (from extras) and article.xsl.
I launch article web form in my web project and i type "déplacement" in a text field and also in html editor
If i finish, then edit same file i have déplacement in text field and also in html editor.
If i close and open generated xml file i see also déplacement

Is it a bug ?
Is it xsd or xsl which have bad parameter or bad encoding ?
Is there a way to correct this?

Hi, which operation system you have used?

Have you set correctly the locale ?

OS is win XP with FR as locale
Application server is tomcat (i don't change any configuration on Tomcat)
Im using package alfresco 2.2 with Tomcat
