Hi,

Is there a way to change the different link-names in the Alfresco interface? E.g.: "The name of my Institution" instead of "Company Name", etc.?

You can change these links by editing the correct files in /WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/messages. The one caveat of this approach is you'd have to remember to change them after any upgrades.
