browser cannot communicate with the Flash Uploader

Hello There,

I am getting below message when I try to upload something in share , I am using firefox with latest version of  Flashplayer

The browser cannot communicate with the Flash Uploader. You can continue to upload in single-file mode, or refresh the page to restart Flash

Could anybody tell me how I can resolve this problem ?

I think this was the browser problem, flash player was not installed successfully on the browser.
