Be sure it can't be deleted too early [SOLVED]

which solution would you implement to be sure a document can't be deleted before a given period of time (ex: 10 years)  ?

Use RM and set 10 years as part of the disposition schedule?

I don't know wery well the RM application.

Is it still usable with the Alfresco Explorer interface (on Alfresco Enterprise 3.2)?

And is it possible to use only this feature and continue to work freely with all other collaborative, space templates, versioning, CIFS, … features ?

I'm afraid to lost the possibility to allow users to define themselves freely any hierarchical tree of spaces ?
