Hi,

Well… Two question about backup systems:

1. Is there a way to backup all Alfresco-repository through any Alfresco tool?
2. Where is the file location in my server?… I mean, each time that any user create a .doc, .xls, .ppt or whatever file, where is it stored?

Thank you.

Oops Sorry.. I've read the answer: http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=23292.

So my question is: If any user change one file the BIN name changes?

Yes.

There is a separate bin file for every version of the content.
bin files are read only and never change.
They will be moved by alfresco when obsolete.

Your file system security should be set up such that no-one, except whatever backs up your system, can touch the bin files.
