In RM 2.1 on-wards it is possible to create rules in your collaboration site that determine when documents are automatically archived as records.
These rules can use the context of the content, for example type, aspects, tags and meta-data, to drive the rule.
This allows the RM team to implement their RM policy directly into the users working environment and achieve automatic declaration of records.
