I have share 3 stable installed and working fine. I was curious if there is any documentation or guidance on how to use the out of the box workflows (Review and Approve and Ad-hoc task) that come with Share?
Thanks for the link but I think this describes how to interact with workflows via the normal alfresco web client and not the share interface. I was hoping that my users would not have to login to alfresco to complete tasks.
Am I missing something.. I save a document to the document library in share and then assigned the approve and review workflow via the assign workflow option in the document preview interface. This does create the task and can be accessed via the standard web client but it does not appear that the task is available from share..
Also where are these two workflows stored/located in case I wanted to modify them?
