Hi guys,
First I want to express my gratitude for the great product you guys are building. Especially Kickstart may help a lot of my non-technical colleagues to design processes.
I am trying Kickstart out now and got into some trouble: I created a review task that is always performed by the same user. I don't want the initiator to be able to select a person, so I thought I just enter the name of the relevant user in the assignee field. That led to some errors (I think mainly because some script automatically puts {{ and }} around the string.
I tried
Thanks in advance.

I tried
'user'
, "user"
, {*user*}
and even some stuff with ${}
, but nothing works for me. A people selection control is not really an option. Can anybody help?Thanks in advance.

More information:
* Eclipse Kepler
* it only seems to happen for a "Review step", not for other human steps!

Not sure, it has been a while since kickstart has been touched (as a matter of fact, it's not further developed anymore, and has morphed into our 'step editor' we have in the Activiti Cloud and Suite)

Thanks for the answer, too bad Kickstart is not developed any further! I have tried the step editor in the cloud trial, but it seems to have less possibilities. Is the one in the suite exactly the same or does it have more advanced features (like the Kickstart plugin)?

The cloud version is indeed outdated. The newer version has more capabilities, expect a push soon. And that version will continously be improved in the near future too.
