Any info on when is the Alfresco One 5.2 version going to be released?

Tentative information communicated by community-focused Alfresco employees stated April/May 2017. Alfresco Community Edition 5.2 is much closer - either this month or next. Take that with a grain of salt though - I am not an Alfresco employee and thus not privy to most recent internal planning information.

A little birdie told me we'd see a stable release of Community Edition before Christmas. I agree with your rough assessment of when the Enterprise version might drop, with the same disclaimer.
