Hey Hakan,
In the cloud instance, analytics are basically not available and as such have been disabled (there are a number of reasons for this).
And, as Mittal says, basic reporting is available in Activiti Enterprise using either the out of box reports or you can create your own reports. Keep in mind, to create your own truly custom reports you are currently required to create a custom report class.
The necessary steps to do this have recently been documented in the Enterprise Edition Developers guide here:

Alternatively (and my personal preference) is to use tools like Kibana to directly query the Elastic Database and create reports that way.
