Allow only certaint file types in some folders

Hello friends,

I have a folder structure like this:

Folder1

--Folder1.1

--Folder1.2

Folder2

I need to specialize 1.1 folders to upload only .pdf documents and 1.2 folder to upload only .mp3 documents.
How can I do it? I can not find any information about it.

I think I have to do it in an easy way using rules but I don't know how to configure it in models manager.
