Need ductch language pack support for Alfresco Explorer 3.4-d.

You may not already be familiar with Alfresco Forge. Eventually we will move Forge projects to a new directory of Alfresco extensions called addons.alfresco.com, but until then, Forge is a good place to look for stuff like this.
