Alfresco workflow could not be started

Hello,

   Alfresco community edition 5.1.e , I have created activiti workflow using kickstart eclipse deployed into alfresco share after fill the form and submit i am getting error "workflow could not be started 02110013 failed to start workflow activiti#hiring1:812"

anyone can you me regarding issue

Is there anything in the log (/opt/alfresco/tomcat/logs/catalina.out)?
