We would like to announce that the V1.3 Community Candidate Release of Alfresco is now available.  This release introduces a number of new features, including:
    - JavaScript actions
    - Recoverable delete
    - Configurable UI framework
    - Developer SDK
    - Email templates
    - Folder actions
    - Property constraints

This Preview release is only intended for evaluation and feedback.  There are database schema changes, so this should only be used on new DB installs: upgrade scripts will become available in the next few days.

Release notes for V1.3 can be found in our wiki here: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Release_1.3

Please see http://www.alfresco.com if you are interested in the Enterprise Network edition.

Thank you again for your continued support,

The Alfresco Team.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It will take at least 24 hours for SourceForge to update its mirrors for the downloads to become available!  The Windows Installer package will be available soon.

Is this the "mid summer release" referred to by the Kevins in this http://forums.alfresco.com/viewtopic.php?p=7765& discussion?

If not, does the release with WCM have a release number and more exact release date at this stage?

Thanks,
Ahhang

This is not the release mentioned by Kevin Cochran.  Take a look at the Roadmap for full details:
