Alfresco Share

I am new to alfresco share.I want to know that can I create a user using alfresco webservices in alfresco share?If not please provide another way to create a user in alfresco share dynamically.
Please answer as early as possible.

It looks to me like your namespace prefix ccs is not mapped to a namespace URI. I'd suggest that you work on fixing that - have you defined the ccs namespace?

I want to show a custom content type at thre time of uploading the document.For example i want to specify that document is govrment  order or it is circular or some other.For that i have created a contnet model and creted a new content type for this.Now I want to see the that content type into the document properties.So what should i do for that?
Please guide me on this part..
