Alfresco /share / 404

Good Evening, after some searching with no results, I decided to post here for some help. I've been having an issue with not being able to access /share/ or /alfresco/. Here is what I get:

HTTP Status 404 -

type Status report
message
description The requested resource () is not available.

Apache Tomcat/6.0.26

I have created a bundle of logs here:

http://www.otreva.com/customers/alf/catilina_logs.zip

I think 11-23-11 was around when the problem began. I can't seem to find the alfresco.log file in my root.dir. (C:\Alfresco) This is running on Win 7 x64.

The only thing I remember doing is copying the (C:\Alfresco)directory to another machine as I was going to move the install to a new machine, I don't remember changing any files. This is Alfresco 3.4d. Any thoughts?

I ended up restoring from a cold backup and am only missing a few items from the day the install went loopy or I edited a  file mistakenly.
